MELTprjct isn’t your typical fitness concept encouraging you to push beyond your limits, providing you with quick fixes, or encouraging you to disconnect and ignore the signals your body/nervous system is sending you. Rather MELTprjct is a direct response to the absence of mindful sweats in the fitness industry. MELTprjct's purpose is to educate the world on the importance of living a mindful life through sweaty practices. We do not believe in the one size fits all approach to meditation and believe that there are many paths to connect to your higher self. Our mission is to bridge the gap between strength and serenity - using intentional movement to make mindfulness practices accessible to all.
HOW TO GET STARTED:

STEP 3: Set your intention & keep the card visible over your mats.
We start every session with a moment of intention setting to keep us grounded and present during our practice. We practice a #mindfulsweat in hopes that through intentional movement you experience a mindful practice that not only lives over your mat, but can be taken and applied to other areas of your life.
STEP 4: Warm up of your choice for 5-10 minutes.
