Please arrive 10-15 mins prior to your booked session so to run through all things MELTprjct & provide you with a 5 min boxing technique tutorial.
We start every class with a moment of intention setting to root our practice in purpose. Before we get to work, we’ll run through a warm up to get you workout ready. Sessions are between 45-60mins depending on format.
End class with a dynamic cool down & carry your intention into your day.
