The MELTprjct has been an incredible addition to my workout routine. Setting an intention for each class truly has been a game changer. Being asked at the end of class to recall that intention and put the energy into it that I just worked so hard for makes this workout such a unique experience, especially since it is a TOUGH but INCREDIBLE workout. Intention workouts for me were always associated with yoga... what A&J are adding to a high intensity workout is a gift to all of us who are blessed to be able to take it with them.
