MELT° prjct is the duality between strength and serenity. We bring the heat that ignites your fight. Sweating with intent helps you find both your power and escape. With every jab-cross comes a counter hit & we provide the “fight-back” you need to kick life’s ass.

WHAT TO EXPECT

THE WORKOUT

Our mission is to combine strength & serenity, by working-out with intent, showing people they have the power to create their best selves. We open every session with 5 minutes of reflection and intention-setting centering us to stay present & simply connect to our chosen course. This intention keeps us rooted during our entire practice. Once you’ve created intent for your mindful sweat you’ll feel the heat through 20 minutes of strength training. With uniquely designed daily programs that’ll have you target different muscle groups throughout the week you’ll never repeat the same class twice. We’ll flow into the heavy bag work with ten 2 minute rounds of boxing - where every jab-cross brings you closer to your intention and has you feeling like a champ with real purpose.

FIRST TIME?

You can check-in at the front desk and let them know it is your first time. Suit up before you enter the studio. That means wrapping your hands with wraps — ask one of our staff members if you need help wrapping up. When you walk into class, you’ll see that you can chose to start on the benches or the bags. Chose a bag or bench and remember that number, for when it comes time to switch match the number of your bag to your bench and vise versa. After class, just drop your rental gloves and towel in the designated bins. Then drift towards the showers on your endorphin high.

HOW IT WORKS

MELT prjct is collaborating with Kondition Fitness, located in the plaza on Walnut and 28th. Our classes are held in the "WISDOM" room. Simply sign up, show up, and our front desk staff will walk you through everything you need. Plaza has plenty of parking.

STUDIO

CHANGING ROOMS

The studio has everything you could want and need: workout towels, luxurious locker rooms complete with towels and showers stocked with organic care products – including body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Stash your stuff in one of our lockers. They have easy-to-use digital locks with instructions posted inside the locker door.

BOOK ONLINE

We recommend booking your classes online with MindBody or through the Kondition Fitness App. This way you are guaranteed a spot. Our classes have 20 available spaces, so book early.  There is always the option to drop into our studio and register with the front desk staff. 

WAIT LIST

NO WORRIES

We recommend booking your classes early. This way you are guaranteed a spot. If you have been waitlisted we recommend arriving early to class in case a space opens up. 

CHECK-IN

GLOVES & WRAPS

Gloves and wraps are a must. While our Aquabags are designed to reduce impact, wraps and gloves are still necessary to not only keep you safe but also comfortable so you can give your all with every punch. You can bring your own or rent from us. Glove rentals are $3 and wraps can be purchased for $9.

CANCELATION

12-HR POLICY

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel 12 hours before your class begins, your credits will be fully refunded to your account. If you cancel less than 12 hours before class, we will need to reassign your spot to another customer, and you’ll lose those credits or be charged a fee.
